What is included in your registration fee?
Participate in the UTAT and you will discover stunning landscapes and a unique atmosphere
Upon your arrival at the airport (starting Thursday October 5, 2023) our volunteers will be there to welcome you and take you to the shuttle in the parking. You will receive an information sheet and get all necessary information regarding your stay at the UTAT base camp.
Your transfers will be by shuttlebuses from the airport parking. Transfer time to the plateau of Oukaïmeden is about 1h30.
Camping (included in the registration fee)
The campsite holds some 100 16m2 tents, each one designed to welcome 4 to 5 persons and equipped with mattresses.
You must bring your own sleeping bag and clothing adapted to sleeping at low temperatures (nighttime temperatures are below zero).
Sanitary equipment (WC for men& women, showers) is situated 50 meters from the camp site.
The campsite is under surveillance 24/7 during your stay.
When making your registration you can indicate the persons you wish to share your tent with.
Option : Dormitory at the Chalet CAF
You would like to be more comfortable? Choose to sleep in the heated dormitory at the club Alpin Français (bring your own sleeping bag).
Cost: 90 € for 4 nights (Thursday Oct 5 until Monday Oct 9, 2022)
Booking possible within the limit of the available 150 beds.
When making your registration you can indicate the persons you wish to share your dormitory with.
You are proposed several activities, all are included in your UTAT registration fee.
Rock engraving (duration 1h30)
For 1h to 1h30, you can discover the engravings of the Bronze Age (3 to 4,000 years B.C.) at the time of the first pastors of the Atlas, accompanied by a guide.

During a hike (6km 400D+/D-). you will discover an authentic Berber village where your guide will make you discover the history, the culture, but also the daily life of the first inhabitants of Morocco and the Atlas: The Berbers

Environment House of Toubkal National Park (PNTb) (duration 1h30)
Accompanied by a technician from the PNTb. you will discover the endemic fauna and flora and history. of the first National Park of Morocco.
